Dom is passionate about designing scalable teams, products, and operations that solve complex global problems for underserved markets. He is currently the Managing Director OIC of DEVCON, the largest and most active non-profit organization for Developers and Geeks in PH.

Before joining DEVCON, Dom was the VP ofVenture Design & Incubation in an award-winning global venture studio for Inclusive FinTech, born at the intersection of Silicon Valley and Southeast Asia. Dom led a Fintech Venture Services Group (VSG), a design-led "internal agency" business unit with 15+ ambitious problem-solvers, and works with visionary founders to provide brand communications, growth campaigns, and experience design services to a global venture studio's portfolio of startups in thePhilippines, the Middle East, and the United States.

Before leading a profitable FinTech design group and taking a full-time grad school from AIM, Dom was theCustomer Experience Design (CXD) Business Lead of the Dentsu DigitX CX business unit.He worked directly with Digital Transformation leads of clients, including Maxicare, EastWest Bank, Cignal, and Coca-Cola. Under Dom’s business design leadership, he pivoted the technology group to a profitable agency business unit with 30% YOY revenue growth.

Dom's works in innovation, operations design leadership, and creative technology have been recognized by global organizations, including the Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Center(MaGIC), AME New York Festival, APAC Effie Effectiveness Awards, and United Nations Development Program Youth Co:Lab APAC.In 2018, Dom was awarded Adobo Magazine’s Creative Rankings as the #2 Digital Producer in the Philippines and graduated as part of the pioneer batch of the Asian Institute of Management’s Master of Science in Innovation and Business program.Dom is an IMMAP-certified digital marketer and co-founded Arooga Health, a multi-awarded mental health project for employees and companies.

Outside work, Dom enjoys life outdoors, cycling, and volunteering as a drone pilot for disaster response and humanitarian missions.
