Donny is the SBCU Global Development Manager for Specialized Bicycles where he works to develop training programs for Independent Bicycle Retailers. He has devloped and taught courses in sales, merchandising, bike fitting, and management.

He has led courses to Independent Bicycle Retailers in the US, Australia, China, and Israel.

Donny enjoys cycling, writing, skating (boards not blades), travel, cooking, comic books, movies, photography, and speaking about himself in the third person. If there were ever a movie about Donny, he hopes he would be portrayed by Jason Statham but, if scheduling did not allow, would accept Randy Couture.

Occasionally, he works part time as an amateur phrenologist.
