Donte ' Hill

A firm believer in that sport teaches invaluable life lessons, Donte' Hill has used his experiences on the court to excel off the court. Through networking, sacrifice, and faith, Hill has followed up his successful basketball career with King of the Court Leadership International Consulting Firm. A consummate leader, Hill has evolved into a motivational speaker, color commentator, author, and entrepreneur who develop positive people, leaders, organizations, and teams. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Hill shoots from the hip and speaks from the heart.

Hill's compassion and activism can be traced back to his roots in a small northern Michigan community called Baldwin. Growing up playing community and high school basketball, Hill caught the attention of Ferris State University scouts. Hill was recruited in 1998 and played basketball at Ferris State University for three years. Hill also received an Associate's Degree in Pre-Teaching Secondary Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Following his time as a bulldog, Hill played professionally in the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) league for five years. Venturing into the business world, Hill leveraged his skills and talents to rise to the number one sales representative in Alltel Communications. While simultaneously running King of the Court Leadership International Consulting, Hill was an assistant coach for the ABA's National Champions Jacksonville Giants. He also was a popular and insightful color analyst on Miller On Sports television and radio broadcast. Currently Hill has taken his talents internationally accepting the position as the new Head Coach of Cyberdyne Daytrick professional basketball team in Tsukuba, Japan.

Hill focuses on training and teaching upcoming leaders effective methods in teamwork, leadership, and communication in his book he authored: Contagious Leadership: 13 Principles to Spreading a Winning Culture (2011).
