My project is Chocolatour, an immersion into the world of artisanal chocolate. After almost 12 years of chocolate and cacao research to 20 countries and counting, a clear mission revealed itself to me, and I'm thrilled to share it with you here:
The mission of Chocolatour is to educate, entertain, and inspire chocolate lovers to gain greater knowledge of the world of chocolate through travel.

I published volume I of, "Chocolatour: A Quest for the World's Best Chocolate" in late 2013. I'm currently researching volume II of "Chocolatour: A Quest for the World's Best Chocolate Adventures" and in addition to writing about chocolate, travel, wine, and the culinary world, I'm a passionate keynote speaker and organizer of chocolate events, and a tour guide to the chocolate hotspots of the world.
I've also written a book about volunteerism, as I've spent a good part of my life volunteering for various non-profit associations. I was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canada) and currently live in Manitoba's Interlake Region.
