My career for the last 30 years has been focused on empowering people and organizations. I have served in Vice-President, Sales, Marketing and General Management positions for global corporations.

At FocusOne, our mission is to motivate individuals and teams to operate at peak performance and achieve success. We achieve this through executive coaching, training, facilitated processes and business consulting.

After working in the corporate environment for 23 years across Asia, I realized there was a need at the executive level for coaching to assist executives to fulfill their potential and become even more successful. I therefore made the jump to set up my own coaching and facilitation business and focus my time on enabling people to be their best.
