Dimitri Perrin
Dimitri is a researcher specialising in the development of computational techniques for the modelling and analysis of complex systems. He is a Lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology (Australia) and a visiting scientist at the RIKEN Center for Quantitative Biology (Japan). Dimitri is also a sports enthusiast. In July 2011, he cycled 300km around Japan's largest lake on a 20-kg single-speed bike, to raise funds for relief efforts in the areas affected by the March-11 earthquake and tsunami. Details on "Project Biwa" are available here.
