I'm an Internet executive, tech entrepreneur and business-centric attorney with a 20-year record of success in Business & Corp. Development, Operations Management, and Law.

Since 1994, I've held held senior positions with leading Internet and digital media companies, including AOL & AOL Europe (AOL/Bertelsmann), Napster, IGN/Fox and NaturalPath/Six Apart (now SAY Media).  Recently, I've been advising and early-stage investing in technology startups through Lark Ventures (larkventures.net) and incubating my own.

I'm also a geek on tech and policy issues with extensive experience in Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Tech-Regulatory matters having started my career as a Washington DC Attorney.
