Dr. Brian Lemper

At the Center for Surgical Intervention (CSI), an accredited surgical center within Lemper Pain Centers in Las Vegas, Dr. Brian Lemper and his team use state-of-the-art equipment to alleviate patients' pain. As Medical Director of Lemper Pain Centers since May 2009, Dr. Lemper has successfully treated numerous patients with acute and chronic pain stemming from arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, cancer, and injuries related to sports and auto accidents. Dr. Lemper performs outpatient surgeries in two private, fully equipped surgical suites.

Highly respected in his field, Dr. Brian Lemper has completed the Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination of the United States through the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and is board certified in pain medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology. For more than a decade, Dr. Brian Lemper has been performing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy; in fact, his is one of the first practices in Las Vegas to specialize in this procedure. PRP involves injecting human platelets into the body's damaged areas, promoting tissue growth and repairing the affected area in a short time. PRP can be performed on patients who suffer from shoulder, knee, back, and arm pain, as well as disc herniation, facet joint arthritis, interspinous ligament sprains, and spinal nerve inflammation.

Prior to his work at Lemper Pain Centers, Dr. Lemper obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After graduating with honors, he went on to pursue a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. Dr. Lemper completed his general surgery and medical internship at Chicago Osteopathic Hospital and Medical Center, followed by a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, now Rush University Medical Center, in Chicago. While at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, Dr. Brian Lemper finished the Fiberoptic Endoscopic Training Program, in which he successfully completed 50 patient intubations. Additionally, Dr. Lemper completed training in cardiac anesthesiology, during which he performed over 120 cardiopulmonary bypasses utilizing transesophageal echocardiography.
