Dr. Cheryl Moore

Physician Dr. Cheryl Moore currently works as a pathologist and cytopathologist at Inspira Medical Center-Woodbury in Woodbury, New Jersey. While her previous experience includes other staff pathologist positions, Dr. Cheryl Moore also served as the medical director of York Hospital Laboratories, Quest Laboratories, and Woodwinds Hospital’s Laboratory Services in Maine and Minnesota. She also served in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 1994, providing emergency, obstetric, and gynecological services as a general medical officer.

Dr. Cheryl Moore attended Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., earning a medical degree in 1987. Upon completing her medical education, she began a rotating internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, then spent a year at the Institute of Surgical Research in San Antonio, Texas, followed by a year in the Walter Reed General Surgery Residency Program. After an honorable discharge from the military in 1994, Cheryl Moore, MD, began a 4 year residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and a 1 year fellowship in cytopathology at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.
