Hello. I am Clint Cornell PA-C working in the field of primary care, urgent care, integrative and anti-aging medicine. I’m now working with "Peak Performance Medical". A unique practice that offers Direct Primary Care and a variety of integrative medical strategies. These include hormone optimization, nutrition therapy, chelation therapy and thyroid optimization therapy. We also offer novel pain and injury treatments with FDA approved class IV laser therapy and platelet-rich plasma therapy.

You can directlycontact your provider via phone, text, email, virtual “telemedicine” or visitin person when you need it. You don’tcommunicate with your doctor through a secretary or answering service. You speak directly with him. With Direct Primary Care, you’ll also avoidlong waits in a waiting room full of sick and contagious people. Since your Direct Primary Care Providertypically see’s 7-8 patients per day, your visits are prompt and unrushed.

Fewer Patients = More Time for You

Each of the Peak Performance Medical physicians is limited to around 600 patients. If that seems like a lot, compare it to the typical 4,000 or so of a traditional primary care physician. Because we limit the number of patients we see, that opens up our schedule to be available when you need us – no matter what time of the day, or part of the week.

Insurance-Free = Hassle-Free

We don’t accept insurance. But don’t let that scare you, because most of our patients actually save money as Peak Performance Medical members because we have put together a model designed to save you as much money as possible. Your membership is the true value. It gives you access to the core services of family medicine, urgent care and wellness. It includes customary services in the doctor’s office such as most procedures, injections, in house diagnostic tests, EKG’s and lung function testing just to name a few. Your membership has more value than that however.
