Dr.Deborah Riester

Presently board-certified in endocrinology with a focus on metabolism and diabetes, Dr. Deborah Riester operates a successful private medical practice in Natick, Massachusetts. As president of Medical Associates of Greater Boston, she oversees the busy practice while performing as an endocrinologist. Consistently seeking to expand her experience and knowledge base, over the years she has given her time to various professional activities. Her time at Southboro Medical Center included serving as director of the Diabetes Management Program from 2001 to 2004. Using guidelines from the American Diabetes Association, Dr. Deborah Riester played an instrumental role in the development of the program to better the overall quality of diabetes care.

Also previously functioning as the medical director for both Caretenders Home Health Care Agency and the Metrowest Medical Center Transitional Care Unit, Dr. Riester has further offered her medical expertise teaching at Tufts University School of Medicine. She also maintains affiliation with the Massachusetts Medical Society.
