Drew currently works in the area of Customer Experience where he is leading the creation of an online customer experience portal as well as the creation of an competency development system.

In his spare time, Drew is wildly passionate about helping others find ways to get better everyday and is working on his first book that will combine a fable and field guide on how to self manage depression.
