Hey there, I’m Dries Badenhorst.

I’m a Property Consultant for Keller Williams and living in Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa.

I'm a firm believer that you must do what you love and love what you do.

For this reason, I sometimes struggle to distinguish between my occupation and my hobbies. In fact, I enjoy what I do ON and OFF the field in such and equal measure, that it feels as if I'm playing all the time.

I've inherited a passion to actively get involved in the communities that affect my daily existence - be it participating in the neighbourhood watch, serving on school committees, being active in sports clubs, coaching sports teams and even assisting in sourcing sponsorship for sports clothing for less privileged schools. I'm just that guy that rolls up his sleeves and gets his hands dirty. I want to make things happen and want to make a positive difference.

The passion to serve within the community, on so many levels, naturally extends itself for me to positively participate on a more personal level with people. Thus I am the 1st person they contact to assist with their property needs - be it selling a property for them, or finding that perfect new home.

Coaching rugby and cricket to school children is my most rewarding hobby. Besides developing their skills in these sport disciplines, 6 days of the week, it also presents me with a golden opportunity to influence, teach and mentor them on a much broader level. I love this opportunity to assist with their overall growth and development.

Positive role models, at a young age, is one of the keys to the success of our youth. I consider myself very blessed to have this opportunity and to play a positive part in the lives of our children.

Trust is earned, and I believe that through all my extramural activities, I earn the trust one needs to assist people with their property needs. After all, companies or brands don't sell property. People do. Why? Because People trust People.
