Over the course of the past 25 years, resident of Queens, New York, Dr. Jane Schlecker has enjoyed an outstanding career as an endocrinologist. From her private practice in Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Jane Schlecker offers a variety of treatments for conditions such as diabetes mellitus, abnormalities related to the pituitary gland, disease of the thyroid, hormonal imbalances, osteoporosis, and polycystic ovarian syndrome, among others.

Dr. Schlecker is dedicated to giving all patients the level of attention they deserve and maintains regular telephone communication. To ensure that her patients receive all of the reassurance and information they need, she devotes herself to spending a great deal of time discussing their situation during office visits. Before launching her career, Dr. Jane Schlecker began her education at Wellesley College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts. She then spent one year performing graduate studies in nutrition and metabolism at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Schlecker thereafter received her medical degree from the State University of New York at Downstate Medical Center, where she remained to perform her internship and residency in internal medicine followed by a fellowship in endocrinology. Dr. Schlecker completed her training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology under Dr. Ruth Freeman in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology.
