Dr. Uzzell was trained at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Campbell University and North Carolina State University. Her education, business success, professionalism, personality and extensive experience in topics related to mental health have led to her being a highly sought after counselor, executive and athletic mental performance coach, speaker, and panelist.

She has been a guest speaker for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, Voorhees College, Shaw University, Duke University, North Carolina Central University and for many churches, high schools, sororities and community agencies.
