Dr. Neil Niren currently treats patients at his Pittsburgh dermatology practice, which he founded in 1982. In his clinic, he offers compassionate and individualized care to patients with a goal of surpassing expectations. Passionate about dermatological science, Dr. Neil Niren stays current with all the latest technologies, diagnostic tests, and developments in medication to provide his patients with the best care possible.
Dr. Neil Niren attended medical school at Creighton University before going on to complete his medical residency at Harvard University and his dermatology residency at Cook County Hospital. He currently serves as a clinical instructor with the American University of the Caribbean and the University of Pittsburgh, and previously held teaching positions with institutions such as Harvard University and the Chicago Medical School.
An active member of the field, Dr. Niren belongs to professional societies which include the Pittsburgh Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Mohs Surgery.
