Oscar Ramirez

Practicing in Weston, Florida, Dr. Oscar Ramirez ranks as an internationally renowned plastic surgeon. Currently, Dr. Oscar Ramirez directs all aspects of Ramirez Plastic Surgery, located in the Elite Center for Cosmetic Surgery. A Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he maintains a specialty in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, .with a particular focus on facial rejuvenation, facial implants, and secondary rhinoplasty. In addition to his ongoing work through Florida's Ramirez Plastic Surgery, he publishes regularly and has occupied an array of academic appointments, including Clinical Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine for over 28 years.

Dr. Oscar Ramirez possesses an MD from San Marcos University in Lima, Peru. Following graduation, he engaged in two internships prior to fulfilling a residency in general surgery through Franklin Square Hospital, a Johns Hopkins Hospital-affiliated medical institution located in Baltimore. Additionally, he served a residency in plastic surgery through the University of Pittsburgh. He also completed a Craniofacial Fellowship through Mexico City's Hospital General Dr. Manuel Gea González.

Dr. Oscar Ramirez maintains numerous professional affiliations. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a founding member of the Rhinoplasty Society, he belongs to a variety of professional organizations that include the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and the International Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He also is a member of the American Association for Plastic Surgeons, an elite society of academicians and contributors to the field of plastic surgery, and the Johns Hopkins Medical and Surgical Association. Boasting more than 28 years of diverse experience, Dr. Oscar Ramirez continues to live and work in Florida.
