Roy Simon

Roy Simon, MD, received his medical education at State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center in New York City in 1986, performed his postgraduate internship at Hackensack Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey in 1987, and undertook a residency at the Department of Anesthesia in 1989 at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. As a prominent doctor, Dr. Roy Simon has privileges at several area hospitals, including affiliation with the Coast Surgery Center, L.P., Torrance Memorial Medical Center, and The Center for Ambulatory Surgical Treatment in Los Angeles. Dr. Roy Simon has worked for several companies within the past 21 years including the law firm, Ford, Walker, Haggerty and Behar, LLP, in Long Beach as a Medical-Legal Consultant and Doctors’ Surgery and Pain Management located in Whittier, California as the Medical Director. He then changed to the role of Anesthesiologist in 1994 for Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. Since 1994, Dr. Roy Simon has held the position of Medical Director for the Pain & Rehabilitation Medical Group (formerly known as Torrance Pain Center) and a Medical Director for The Pain & Rehabilitation Medical Group (previously known as Westwood Associates), in Los Angeles since 2002.
