I was born and raised in New Delhi, India, and grew up in a defence family, which meant moving frequently across the country. That early exposure to different cities, institutions and cultures shaped a strong sense of adaptability, structure and discipline. I completed my schooling across Army Public School and Naval Public School systems before moving to Bengaluru to pursue my B.D.S. at Dayananda Sagar College of Dental Sciences.

During my dental education, I realised that my long-term interest lay not in clinical practice but in administration, operations and management within healthcare and services-led organisations. This led me to transition early into management-focused roles, where I could work on structure, execution and organisational systems.

My initial professional experience was with IIPM, New Delhi, where I worked in career development and corporate liaison roles, managing campus placements and institutional partnerships. I later moved to Ahmedabad with Times Business School, taking on responsibilities across marketing, business planning and career development, with ownership over planning, outreach and operational execution.

After completing my MBA in Operations Management and Human Resources from MIT, Pune, I returned to Bengaluru to work within organised dental healthcare environments. I held operations and management roles with Ridgetop Dental International and Chisel Dental, where my work focused on corporate wellness programs, institutional tie-ups, organisational structuring, budgeting, marketing coordination and public relations.

Currently, I am involved in operations and management at Avant Dental Network, where I work on building structured, scalable models that support clinic operations, outreach and growth. Alongside this, I serve on the Board of Trustees at Avant Welfare Foundation, contributing to governance, planning and execution support for social initiatives. I also lead operations and execution at DBD Eventz, handling planning, coordination and delivery of live events.

Across all these roles, my work centres on planning, coordination, accountability and long-term execution. I am drawn to environments where systems need to be built or stabilised, fragmented efforts need alignment and outcomes must be delivered consistently over time. I value clarity over complexity, structure over improvisation and sustainable systems over short-term wins.
