Devi is an accomplished engagement strategist highly regarded for championing innovative solutions that integrate the needs of people with business requirements.

A believer in continuous self-development, Devi has amassed knowledge and skills that traverse a multitude of disciplines and allow for understanding diverse worldviews, challenging the status quo and finding win-win solutions. Currently, Devi leads Indigenous Relations for Hydro One. Over the last decade, Devi has worked extensively with Indigenous Peoples, communities and organizations across Ontario on development projects ranging from mineral extraction to energy and infrastructure development.

Devi excels at leveraging advocacy, business planning, strategic thinking and engagement skills to support sustainability through creative collaboration. She enjoys developing programs and implementing projects that are focused on driving positive change while furthering business objectives.

Devi is also interested in youth empowerment. In the past Devi has led industry-specific youth leadership initiatives through serving on the boards of the Canadian Nuclear Society and North American Young Generation in Nuclear. For the last several years Devi has been contributing to youth leadership through mentoring with People in Energy at Hydro One.

Devi likes to read, travel, spend time in nature and share meals and laughs with friends and family. She resides in Toronto, Ontario.
