Debbie Van Jones is a Founder and Co-CEO of The Rose Fund, LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, including expertise in trading, analysis and execution. She graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a major in Finance. Debbie started her career at Northern Trust Bank in Chicago where she worked on the foreign exchange trading desk. After several years she moved on to become a senior FX trader with Citibank in San Francisco. Returning to Chicago she joined Chicago Corporation and was a market maker involved in electronic arbitrage on Globex. Joining Citadel Investment Group as a trader in the high Frequency Trading Group for Japan Statistical Arbitrage and is cited for contributing to substantial growth and achieving superior returns during her tenure. Most recently, Debbie has been involved in community and volunteer projects, and serves on the board of the Naples Executive Women's Golf Association.
