My first name is pronouced just like "Owen" though my 5 cool kids just call me "Papi". My working hours are divided between Dublin and Berlin, designing and building bourbon.fm, a destination for amateur musicians. I founded two accelerator programs in Dublin: HealthXL.org and Startupbootcamp.org. Before building accelerators, I helped take XING from a handful of people to over 300. We IPO'ed the company in '06 and I remained CFO until '09...and I really wish I played guitar a lot better.
