With an extensive background in non-profit leadership, Edmund B. Parker is a dynamic individual with numerous specialties, including strategic long-range planning, team building, and public speaking abilities.

Edmund Parker's more than 30 years with the United Way of Greater Tucson and Southern Arizona, first as Director of Marketing and Resource Development, and then as President and CEO, brought great success to the organization. Under Mr. Parker's leadership, the branch was recognized by United Way of America as a "Center of Excellence," as well as a leader in Early Childhood Education. In addition, United Way and the City of Tucson, AZ, partnered to plan and develop the Diamond Ventures Resource Campus, a support corporation that provides office space to other non-profit organizations for below-market rates.

While working with United Way, Edmund Parker was also the Foundation President and member of the Board of Directors for The University of Arizona Healthcare Network, where he provided operational oversight for more than $1.2 billion in annual revenues. Mr. Parker was also a key team member as committee chair in the formation of the company through the merger of University Physicians Healthcare and University Medical Center.

Edmund Parker is a Blue Ribbon Committee Member and Chairman of the 4th R Committee for the Tucson Unified School District, and was a Member of the Davis Monthan Air Force base 50. Mr. Parker is a committed community volunteer as well, acting as Chairman of the Board for the VistaCare Hospice Foundation, and has won several awards for his philanthropic activities, including a 2009 40 Under 40 Mentor of the Year Award.

Edmund B. Parker currently resides in Tucson, AZ, and is currently looking to relocate with a new leadership opportunity.
