Edward Loh is editor-in-chief at Motor Trend magazine and has worked there since 2007, after coming aboard as senior editor. Prior to joining Motor Trend, Loh was editor-in-chief of Sport Compact Car, a monthly magazine covering high performance sports and compact cars. Prior to that, Loh served as managing editor for Road & Track's SPEED magazine, and editor of both Import Racer and Drifting magazine. Before entering the field of automotive journalism, Loh spent two years as a high school science teacher as part of the Teach for America program. Loh is a graduate of the University of Southern California and enjoys USC football, judo, photography, motorcycles, driving off-road in strange places and good food in large quantities.
