Edwina has been described by her peers as a “firework, natural promoter and thought provoking hostess”. Her personality has been identified as a cross between Lara Croft and Mother Theresa! She is a fluent expert in Internet Marketing (Social media), Teaching, Leadership and Entrepreneurship and able to capture her audience with words of life. Over the past 10 years this lady of many talents has coached and mentored young people helping them to breakthrough barriers in education, success, career and life ambitions.

KEY SKILLS:
 Teaching and Training - Tutoring and teaching children and young people to raise standards in education especially literacy eg reading, writing&creative expression. Worked with special needs children and entrepreneurs.
 Creative thinking mentor/coach - Has demonstrated excellent problem solving ability through her creative thinking & resourcefulness. Helping one-to-one, start ups, entrepreneurs and young people to reassess their options many times when faced with challenges.
 Motivational Speaker - Has spoken on leadership, education, entrepreneurship, success, career, breaking out of limitations & life ambition to all ages especially youth. Voted number 5 representing Sierra Leone in February 2015 in top 20 under 35 African Change makers. Received international women of power speakers award in February 2015.

 Entrepreneurship - A social entrepreneur and founder of Exousia Consulting - focuses on marketing, training, leadership & nurturing young people. She has been developing this part time for two years.
 MARKETING - In-depth knowledge of marketing, creating brands and online marketing using social media management and online campaigns.
