Eric Galen
Attorney and Catalyst in Miami and Los Angeles
Described by clients as a “catalyst,” Eric helps innovators, creators, and brands turn ideas into reality. As lawyer and entrepreneur, he once built and launched a tech startup that gave aspiring artists direct access to top-tier industry pros, and launched many careers in the process. Now Eric represents his clients’ visions and energies, bringing business, legal, and tech experience together with his industry connections to help them succeed.
Eric has helped develop careers and businesses ranging from a top-10 NFT project to a teenage pop/rap duo from Omaha (posting early Vine videos and transitioning their burgeoning popularity to a multimillion-dollar business), to an A-list actress who wanted to get into the beauty business, to a small digital startup as it grew into the most successful YouTube network in the world.
A true entrepreneur immersed in the Web3 age, Eric’s background in tech, entertainment, law, and business gives him the ability to leverage influencer and celebrity status into highly profitable digital enterprises and brands, including work in esports, NFTs, gaming, e-commerce, and consumer products. Eric currently runs the Innovation & Technology Group at the national law firm Greenspoon Marder LLP.
