I have 36 years of experience in the Communications and Information Technology (ICT) environment, both locally and overseas. Have been involved since 1986 with areas such as EDI. E-Mail, e-Commerce, Customer Relationship Management, Call Centres (Contact Centres) and Supply Chain Integration systems and more recently Customer Experience Management. I am a member of the Global CX Panel in North America

Passionately interested in and regarded as a visionary with regard to the leading edge application of ICT to business for competitive advantage and tendency to drive initiatives. In addition I have the ability to think laterally on a wide range of issues. I tend to be very entrepreneurial and have mostly promoted the cutting edge of innovative business practices.

Due to my heavy involvement as a management consultant and strategist over the past few years, I have been involved both as an advisor and in temporary executive management positions in various assignments related to business development, set-ups, due-diligence procedures and growth of companies through diversification.
