Elias Aggelopoulos

Born in Greece in 1972, graduated from the National andKapodistrian University of Athens, School Of Mass Media and Communication in1996. Since then, as a journalist, I’ve been working in several newspapers,magazines and websites. As a science and technology editor I’ve worked atElefterotypia, Makedonia and Thessaloniki newspapers, e-one.gr and go-online.grportals, Netizen magazine (in which I was editor in chief) and Popular ScienceMagazine. As a newspaper managing copy editor I’ve worked in various newspapersand magazine in Thessaloniki.

I’ve also worked as communication manager for members of theGreek Parliament, for Thessaloniki'sIntegrated Transport Authority, for Thessaloniki and Epanoni Municipalities andas a lecturer of journalism at private and national educational institutions.

From October 2012 till December 2013 I've been a copy (sub)editor at Espresso daily newspaper. Since October 2012 I’m working as scienceeditor in Science View, an organization for science communication and popularization, as the editor of the E&T Magazine of the Greek GeneralSecretariat for Research and Technology, as a collaborating editor in youris.com.
