I'm a bit of a lazy photographer, and don't get out nearly enough.  I even use the excuse of having a bad back to not bring a camera everywhere.  However I'm told that when I do, I can take the odd good pic, anything from landscapes to social documentary.

During the day I get paid for my other love, technology. I'm an Ops manager as well as general tech meant-to-know-it-all, I get to design apps and client solutions with a heavy leaning towards mobile stuff, though in the old days I was a Linux sys admin and Perl/PHP dev so I do know some actual tech stuff.

For my own stuff, I frequently change the tools I use and I'm currently using a mix of social media tech. Flickr for all pics with and use Wordpress for my photgraphy portfolio and photoblog, Twitter to shout and chat, Tumblr for bits and peices and Facebook for friends and rellys who aren't quite as geeky as the Twitter crowd.  As you can see, I use a whole seperate technology just for an About page - coz it's cool.

Oh, and I'm a Brit, living in Ireland, with an ace wife and two fab kids.
