El Scorcho formed in the summer of 2004 with the goal of creating the highest quality Weezer experience next to actually seeing Weezer live. Their first show at the legendary "Lenny's" in Atlanta, GA was sold-out; the result set the stage of a successful future for El Scorcho.

El Scorcho's main show consists of an incredible back-to-back performance of Weezer's debut “Blue Album” and the cult-classic sophomore "Pinkerton" albums in their entirety. The band also performs hits and deep-cuts from Weezer's entire 20+ year album and b-side catalog, plus some bonus cover songs from the era of the mid-90s when alt-rock was at it's peak.

The iconic "Flying W" Weezer sign is integrated in to the band's stage show, as well as stage scrims with the well-recognized "lighting bolt" symbol that makes it appearance on guitar straps and in song lyrics of the band.
