E. Martin Davidoff

Pursuing his undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, E. Martin Davidoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Management. At MIT, E. Martin Davidoff received recognition in Who's Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges, obtained two American Legion awards due to his work in student government, and served as Class Treasurer and Educational Counselor. Less than a year after graduating, Davidoff enrolled at the Boston University School of Management where he completed a two-year Master of Business Administration program with honors in just seven months. The following year, E. Martin Davidoff matriculated at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. Serving as a member of the Congressional Clinic during his law school years, Davidoff wrote a 200-page report about alcohol abuse for a U.S. Senator. Subsequently, E. Martin Davidoff became a licensed attorney and certified public accountant in New York and New Jersey. Over the next three years, E. Martin Davidoff served as a Tax Senior at Richard A. Eisner & Company LLP in New York City and as a Tax Manager at Leonard C. Green & Co. PA in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Then, in 1981, E. Martin Davidoff opened his own accountancy and tax law firm in Dayton, New Jersey. In his capacity at E. Martin Davidoff & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, Davidoff assists high net worth clients and small businesses with financial planning, tax returns, and corporation creation, as well as handling tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury Division of Taxation, and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. E. Martin Davidoff earned recognition from CPA Magazine for his achievements in representing clients before the IRS and for serving as a top tax advisor during a recession. Actively involved in his profession, Davidoff belongs to many trade organizations and functions in various leadership roles. The American Association of Attorney–Certified Public Accountants elected E. Martin Davidoff as President. At present, he serves as a member of the organization’s Executive Committee. In addition, he functions as Chairperson of the IRS National Tax Liaison Committee. A member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, E.
