Claude Malaison

I have designed and rolled out Hydro-Québec’s first Intranet site in 1995. Until 2005, I was responsible for the Enterprise Intranet Portal and the coordination of an Intranet network that counts at least 200 sites. I have been rewarded in 2000 by receiving the Equinoxes Prize, awarded by the SRQ (Société des relationnistes du Québec) for outstanding achievement in the Intranet Communication field. I'm the ex-president and founder on the API (Association des professionnels en intranet). I'm also associate professor at Montreal University where I teach interactive internal communication. I give many workshops and conferences in Québec, France and the US, and give lectures in Universities such as Laval, University of Montreal and UQAM. I also co-directs a series of Collective Books on Intranets and Blogging, and work tirelessly since 1999 at the organization of the International Conference on Interactive Communication now called webcom-Montreal. Since 2005, I'm President of ÉmergenceWeb, a company that specializes in enterprise 2.0 integration strategies. I also sit on the Board of Yulbiz, an NPO that regroups business bloggers around the world. As @Emergent007, I'm also member of various Web 2.0 platforms, such as those listed below and blog regularly at: www.emergenceweb.com/blog
