Emily Grace composes white papers and research reports as the associate director of research and development with Baruch College's Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute in New York, NY. Her achievements at the nonprofit include helping to win over $450,000 in state and federal funds to support an advanced energy performance initiative. Prior to joining the Baruch College-based organization, Emily Grace worked at NY companies in roles ranging from RFP writer to technology consultant.

In preparation for her career, she studied at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, where she earned her master's of business administration in finance. She also earned her master's of science in technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey, and her bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.

In terms of her community involvement, she sat on the Joffrey Ballet School Board of Directors for several years and currently volunteers with the High Line.
