As Project Manager I was a member of the Project Manager Office (PMO) and Regional Infrastructure Information System (RIIS) teams of the Global IT organisation for the international swedish Hexagon Group. For 2 years I managed international infrastructure projects according to the TIPI project management approach - integration, relocation, closure, expansion, new site (5 continents) - respect and guarantee of the group’s IT standards. Before and since 1999 I have held the position of IT Manager in a multi-site and multi-entities environment. Department manager with teams of 1 to 3 people, in 2010 my scope extended to France and Morocco. Management of budgets, networks, contract servers and external services and user support.
I can bring my experience to the position of Project Manager in an international environment. I am also attentive to any opportunity of Regional IT Manager (Europe for example). With more than 20 years of practice in multiple environments and areas, can be an asset for an Auditor position in an international context.
