I wear two professional hats - one is that of an antiques and fine art conservator and the other a bag and glove maker. I advise private collectors and public institutions such as museums on the care of their collections of fine art and antiques. I train staff in the safe handling, cleaning, display and storage of artefacts and offer a course to the general public on this too. My other pursuit, making accessories, is a way of satisfying the hands-on craftsperson in me.
