Erica Elson is a freelance writer and co-author of the humorous advice book "The Awkward Human Survival Guide". Originally from Montreal, Erica Elson received her BA in Communication Studies and Film from Concordia University. She moved to Los Angeles to attend the American Film Institute, where she obtained her MFA in Screenwriting. Erica's articles have been featured on Gawker.TV, Lifehacker.com and The Consumerist, and she will soon be published in Reader's Digest.
