I am an educator interested in improving learning by promoting personalized opportunities to engage students' talents and passions supported by technology. 

Currently, I teach educational technology courses at Muskingum University and Ashland University and serve as an instructional coach for the International Studies Schools Network. 

I also provide professional development, policy reform, and consulting services to schools and education organizations. My areas of expertise include technology in education, gifted education, flexible learning environments, credit flexibility, project-based learning, and international education.
