Eric Helf

The Managing Director of Hudson Real Estate Group, Eric Helf has more than a decade of experience working in property management. His extensive career in the industry includes managing commercial properties in the New York City area. Eric Helf also possesses considerable experience in handling real estate investments in multi-family syndications throughout the tri-state area. At Hudson Real Estate Group, he specializes in acquisition and investment opportunities involving East Coast commercial properties.

Before launching his successful career in real estate, Mr. Helf attended the highly selective Muhlenberg College, where he was a member of the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the private Pennsylvania institution in 1995. After developing his expertise in the real estate industry, Mr. Helf established Hudson Real Estate Group in New York City in 2007.

Beyond his work in real estate, Eric Helf devotes much of his time to philanthropic activity and community involvement. Having attended New York's Riverdale Country School through high school, he continues to support the independent institution as a contributor to its annual fund. Mr. Helf also served as a member of the Steering Committee for 2009's First Annual Riverdale Community Action Day. The event brings together the school's students, parents, faculty, and alumni in support of several charities serving those in need.

In addition, Mr. Helf supports the work of the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation based in Great Neck, New York. The organization awards grants to scientists involved in mental health research in an effort to reduce the difficulties associated with mental illness. To date, more than 3,000 scientists from across the globe have received funding from the foundation.
