Erika helps people, partnerships and socially and environmentally conscious organizations develop programs and projects that amplify their influence and impact. She co-creates programs, processes and structures that authentically reflect organizational and societal values. Projects include organizational change initiatives, knowledge sharing programs, and strategic communication planning to complement organizational development in research-policy partnerships, educational, not-for-profit, and media organizations.

Erika curates discourse and innovative thinking on media's role in creating culture change, the importance of critical thinking for redefining societal success, and mobilizing knowledge through complex systems at: 

Erika has an MA in Communication from Royal Roads' School of Communication and Culture, a BA in Cultural & Social Anthropology with a minor in Environmental Studies, and a certificate in participatory adult learning from Cambridge/RSA. She is an accredited Cognitive Edge practitioner and is dedicated to critical thinking, authenticity and lifelong learning.
