Erika has an MA in Applied/Professional Communication from Royal Roads' School of Communication and Culture, accreditation as a Cognitive Edge practitioner, a BA in Cultural & Social Anthropology with a minor in Environmental Studies, a certificate in participatory adult learning from Cambridge/RSA, and training in conflict resolution and collaborative group decision-making. She curates discourse and innovative thinking on media's role in creating culture change and learning, the importance of critical thinking for rethinking societal success, and mobilizing knowledge through complex systems at Scoop.it
