Originally from Woburn, MA, I moved to Montreal, QC in 2005 to attend McGill University. After graduating in 2009, I stayed up north for a couple more years and worked as a freelance writer. I also sang and played the guitar, Irish bouzouki and harmonica in a Celtic/folk band. Patrons of the Montreal pubs I played at absolutely LOVED when I wore my Boston Bruins jersey on stage.

Eventually, the green hills, rocky coastlines, refreshing Sam Adams and promise of a more rewarding career would beckon me back to New England. In the summer of 2011, I made my triumphant return to the Boston area and - after a few months of working as a journalist and then as a copywriter - I joined the Dailybreak crew in January of 2012.

When I'm not creating content at Dailybreak, I write about Celtic music, New England culture and history on my blog, The Bard Of Boston.
