I am a Coordinator/Professor in the Early Childhood Education Program at Centennial College in Toronto, Canada. Seconded to Centennial's Centre for Organizational Learning & Teaching (COLT), I teach the Social Media for Education course in the Teaching & Learning in Higher Education Program and lead a series of 'Appy Hours' to encourage faculty to embed technology into their teaching practice in innovative ways. In 2011 and 2012, I was a faculty participant/advisor for the Cusco, Peru Initiative, Global Citizenship & Equity Learning Experience. I remain an impatient idealist inspired by social media for social justice movements.
