My name is Erin and I currently attend VCU here in Richmond, VA. This is my first time going back to school since I got my associates degree roughly about 3 years ago. It is all new and exciting to me once again as I start to get back into the swing of things like balancing work and school as well as making new friends.
My Associates Degree I focused in the field of teaching, so one would assume that is what the profession I am working towards. Ironically it is not. I have decided to move in a different direction and am now working towards my Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication. It is completely different from teaching, but I am overly excited about the new possibilities this degree can do for me!
Here is to a new semester, a new year, and a new degree!!
Let's hope I can get through these next few years!
