FREELANCE LIFESTYLE WRITER
Exported from the once rural areas north of Seattle, I have always been a gastronomic boozehound at heart. Since receiving my degree in Journalism from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at the glorious Washington State University, I have been a freelance writer in the greater Seattle area. Familiar stints include CitySearch Seattle, Washington State Magazine, Seattle Woman Magazine and occasional copy-writing and on-air contributions for local radio. I have been a long-time contributing writer to WINO Magazine and am the wine pairing columnist for Seattleite Magazine. As of late, I have taken reigns as editor of SIP Northwest Magazine and am ready to eat and drink my way across the Pacific Northwest in pursuit of culinary news.
When I'm not consuming large amounts of wine or writing in my blog, abottle/aweek, I can be found eating most food put in front of my face, screaming for the WSU Cougars or drooling over the brothers on Vampire Diaries. For proof of my scribing, visit the links below.
