I began working with web development in December of 2011 when the company at which I was working needed a website. After teaching myself the basics of HTML and CSS, I branched out into Javascript, jQuery, PHP, and a little bit of MySQL to further improve the website. I have also worked as a freelance web developer for a BigCommerce site since 2014.
I have always enjoyed working with the formulas in Microsoft Excel. In 2013, I began dabbling in VBA and more complex Excel formulas so that I could construct mini-applications, automate processes, crunch data, and convert files into the necessary format for import into other programs for my employer.
As an avid reader, I love making good books better by offering proofreading/copy editing services. While anyone can miss something obvious (especially after reading it a few times), I often catch things someone else might miss (like "plumb-colored"). I also pay attention to things that seem out of place continuity- or plot-wise.
