Ernest Chapman lives his life outside the box. In fact, for many years there was no box. His work is guided by a few simple truths.

-->Brands need what bands need.

-->Every company is a media company whether they like it or not.

-->The winners always cast a mythical spell with a great story.

Ernest Chapman’s story starts with a childhood surrounded by world class professional musicians. He developed his core outlook on life and business by sitting at the feet of masters of mindset and self development. He bottled creative magic everywhere he could find it and sought out wizards to apprentice under.

An ease with juggling technical and creative skills has come in handy many times. This flexible and creative approach to life and business enabled him to survive and thrive across multiple market and industry crashes.

As digital disrupted the dinosaur music biz, he evolved from a pro musician into a successful music teacher and created new ways to teach music no one had ever seen before. After 10 years of teaching, he discovered a core set of ideas that transformed him into a branding and marketing consultant and advisor. This led to years of beautifully blurred lines between music and marketing.

At the end of the day, startups, banks, restaurants, media brands, tech companies, local businesses, and global juggernauts, all need to be seen, to be loved, to be trusted, to connect. Like hit artists and bands, brands are media companies and their success depends on their ability to build audiences and tell great stories that sell.

Now serving as VP of Marketing at NuSachi, Ernest Chapman leads the conversation with fresh ideas and a catchy sense of humor as he inspires others to step outside of their comfort zone, find their voice, and use it.
