Muhammad Ery Wijaya

I am Muhammad Ery Wijaya, you may call me Ery or Wijaya. I was born 25 years ago in Kaliwungu, Kendal, Central Java. Kaliwungu is my hometown, the place where I grew and spent my childhood, the place with full of Islamic spirit. I spent my first university degree in Jogjakarta, the center of Javanese culture. My first postgraduate degree was spent in Bangkok, the city of Angels. Then, I was Laboratory Supervisor of Energy Laboratory at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand from February to September 2010. I am currently living in Kyoto, the center of Japanese culture. I am a Doctoral candidate at Graduate School of Energy Science, Kyoto University, Japan and belong to Energy Economics Laboratory (Tezuka’s Lab.). My research explores the relationship of human behavior to energy consumption in the present and future. I do love traveling, hiking, camping, cooking and playing badminton. I am interested in education, history, environment, computer and also photography. This blog is dedicated to all engineers that always make a better life for the better world.
