Ester Lima de Campos is the Scrum Master for the team that develops the ScrumHalf tool. Since 2004 she has been working with software development, and for the last 6 years has provided training and consultancy to several companies in Scrum. Since 2012 she has been with UFRJ's MBA as a lecturer for "Agile Methodologies and Quality," and has supervised students on their final project.

Some of my responsibilities at GPE are to coach agile teams, to build a continuous and collaborative learning environment, to maintain the motivation of all employees, and to make sure the organization remains agile. I´m responsible for scrumhalf´s blog (blog.myscrumhalf.com), where I often contribute writing about Scrum and Agility.
