Evan Kagan

A licensed attorney and title insurance agent with experience in real estate, corporate, and investment immigration law, Evan Kagan currently owns and serves as president of the Hollywood, Florida-based title companies Mainland Title, Inc., and Legal Elite Title, Inc. Along with preparing title insurance policies, Evan Kagan examines real property titles to resolve encumbrances, lien, judgments, or other issues that could prevent the closing of a deal.

Complementing his work as a title agent, Mr. Kagan also serves as president of Premier Realty Team, Inc., a comprehensive real estate brokerage and management company that conducts residential, commercial, and investment transactions in cities throughout South Florida. From the firm’s Miami, Florida, office, he handles a broad array of matters, including analyzing potential investments, crafting company policy, and setting strategy for marketing and business expansion. In charge of writing training manuals and instructing training seminars, Evan Kagan has recruited and developed more than 100 real estate agents for Premier Realty.

Outside of the field of real estate, Evan Kagan co-owns the company KD Smart Chair, where he directs online marketing for a lightweight, folding electric mobile chair. He also serves as a managing partner for the Mediterranean restaurant Sirocco. Under his guidance, the dining establishment has achieved revenue increases each quarter since its opening in 2013 at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
