I live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area with my beautiful wife, Joni and our crazy cat "Sweets", and our big dog "Gibbs". I'm a Senior Engineer at Recurly, solving the painful problems with subscription billing. I'm passionate about building easy-to-use, scaleable and maintainable web applications using the latest open source technologies. When I'm not developing, I love photography, hiking and snowboarding.
