At gridoperator Alliander I am an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) consultant. Because I also have a drive to communicate and share knowledge. One of the reasons for me to write on the Energy Experts blog.

There is more to life than work, so I do paid work for 4 days a week. In my spare time I do voluntary work for Duurzaam Dorp Diemen (a network of inhabitants striving to make our home town Diemen more sustainable) and the Organisatie voor Duurzame Energie (ODE, a national organisation for promoting renewables).

In my spare time I also like to drive a motorcycle, a Yamaha TR1 (XV1000), together with my friends from Kawazuki. During summer holidays we often drive our camper (a Frankia RM 570) through Italy. And during all this I try to listen to music as much as possible. Mainly rock, but all sorts of music can inspire me. Read more about me and my wife and two children on my personal website.
